This assessment is to be undertaken in two parts. Using the Business Model Canvas, firstly critically analyse (deconstruct) the MOOCS business model in the Coursera & MOOCS case (Text p.450-466). Using these insights, the second component of the assessment requires you to prepare a new business model canvas for the potential delivery of MOOCS education for owners of SME’s (small and medium sized enterprises) who want to accelerate the performance of their businesses.
