This week I am focusing my efforts on trying to describe some contemporary leadership training practices. I am seeking some additional perspective on what organizations need to do to develop better and more effective leaders too?

If I can get a few examples of organizations that are selecting, training, and assessing their leaders to better connect actions to leadership principles, that would be great.
