Dilemma: You are the Category Manager for Salad Dressings in a large supermarket chain in the South East. As it is time for the annual review of the category, you have a 16 foot section that decisions need to be made as what to keep, discontinue, and what new items to bring on. You have been presented with potential of 23 new salad dressings. The section size is not going to change. How do you decide what to delete and what to bring on as new items?
